The Finance Department has a lot of moving parts. From managing the church budget to paying our vendors, we play a significant role in the day-to-day operations of Compass. Every week we process an enormous workload of paperwork and transactions. People with an accounting or business background and anyone who enjoys helping others are welcome to serve on this team. Special Needs

We offer programs for children and teens with special needs that allow them to participate in a fun and safe environment with the rest of their church family. We know it’s hard for parents or caregivers to leave their children with other adults, so we believe in affirmation and encouragement for whatever struggles those children face. We also offer resources and support for parents and caregivers so they can go to church without worrying about the child or teen. At Compass, we want the whole family to feel welcome here. Communications

The Communications team creates and manages a lot of things here at Compass. We provide print and screen resources, promotional plans, and logistical support for all of our ministries, ensuring everyone speaks the same language and keeps up to date. But we don’t just help out with promotions. We also create and manage all brands, websites, photography, and video content. Writing is also a big part of what we do, including email blasts, copy on the website, and written descriptions of all our upcoming events across the internet and physical spaces.
